Tsunade adalah karakter fiksi dari anime dan manga Naruto. Ia adalah cucu dari Hokage Pertama, keponakan dari Hokage Kedua, dan kunoichi dari tiga sennin legendaris dan sekarang dikenal sebagai Hokage Kelima. Tsunade adalah seorang ninja medis dan juga “penjinak siput”. Perlu diketahui bahwa Tsunade adalah Hokage sekaligus Kage wanita pertama di seluruh dunia.

Nama Jiraiya, Tsunade dan Orochimaru berasal dari cerita kuno Jiraiya Goketsu Monogatari ( “Legenda Jiraiya yang pemberani”) dari literatur Jepang. Pada cerita itu, Jiraiya dan Tsunade adalah sepasang suami istri. Nama “Tsuna

Pain is shown to have at least six physical bodies, which he refers to as "The Six Paths of Pain" (Pein Rikud), stating that the name "Pain" is shared by all six. The bodies he is not currently using are kept in a type of machine, though it is unknown if the machine itself plays any role in the process. Of the six bodies he has been seen in, the only common characteristics are the same orange hair color, a number of piercings that differ between bodies, and the Rinnegan. Each body has its own unique abilities, allowing Pein to use different bodies to deal with a variety of situations. The body with a large ponytail (pictured on the far left) is able to summon a wide array of creatures as well as Pein's other bodies. The fat body (far right) is able to absorb ninjutsu as a form of defense. A long-haired, thin body (fifth from the left) is adept at taijutsu. The Rinnegan allows them to share visual information seamlessly, giving him the ability to coordinate offense and defense with these bodies as if they were a single entity.
Rinnegan "Secret of Pain"From the meaning of the name itself, the Rinnegan could be a doujutsu that can reincarnate together with the soul that possesses it. Pain could be the reincarnated Rikudou Sennin in other words.There are some clues that seem to point toward this. First is the Sennin's name, Rikudou. Many fans on Chinese boards who know the Rikudou concept quite well have speculated that Rikudou Sennin may have transcended the six realms, meaning he is immortal unless he wishes to discard his current body and go through the reincarnation process again (he wishes to "die" in other word) and he could have the ability to choose which realm he wants to reincarnate into.Another clue is the necklace. Both Rikudou Sennin and Pain wear the same necklace with 6 magatama. Nagato didn't have it when he was a child. If the Rinnegan wasn't a bloodline limit the necklace couldn't be a family heirloom. Pain must have gotten it somewhere. There are two possibilities I can think of. Pain could've learnt about the legend behind his Rinnegan some time later in his life and since then decided to wear the same necklace as that of the legendary shinobi ancestor who had the same eyes as his. The second possible explanation is that Pain is the reincarnated Rikudou Sennin. Same soul same terrible taste of fashion. Remember the blank Nagato said he had when he killed that Rock chuunin? It could be a sign of the Rikudou's memory/instinct temporarily being woken up. But later in his life Nagato had fully regained the memory of his previous lives and remembered who he was and what his goal was, thus changing into another person (turn evil from Jiraiya's perspective).

The Sharingan is one of Kekkei Genkai that naturally occurs in a select few members of the Uchiha clan. When the user is in a life-threatening situation, Sharingan usually appear to save them. Only few person that possess the Sharingan, some of them are Sasuke Uchiha, Itachi Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, Madara Uchiha and Madara's brother. The power of the Sharingan is judged through the number of tomoe in the eye, with a maximum of three in each.

The Sharingan's first level and most well known ability is to memorize any technique that it witnesses. The user pupil will turn red and develop one of the wheel swirls. It can memorize any standard form of jutsu with perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as his own. Based on Naruto storyline it was released when Sasuke for he first time fight againt Rock Lee taijutsu. Sasuke make some copy of Lee's move and show it when he fight Akado Yoroi, even he is able to modified with his own move.

The Sharingan's second level ability is granting the user incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to track fast-moving objects with ease and even predict the subsequent movements of those objects. The user pupil will turn red and develop two of the wheel swirls. This second levell was show up when Sasuke took Chunin Exam. Sasuke was able to reproduce answers on another person's test by watching their pencil movements and copying their answer.

The Sharingan's third level capability is a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent. The user pupil will turn red and develop three of the wheel swirls in both eyes. In this level the user can read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu, learn how the skill is done and then copy it to be used later. This allows the user to perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes, even before they do, making it appear as if the user can see the future.The last level is Mangekyo Sharingan, it is a heightened form of Sharingan. Madara Uchiha become the first person which awakened Mangekyou Sharingan. Then his brother also awakened Mangekyou Sharingan. With that power both of them be the strogest person in their clan. Mangekyou Sharingan was able to use it to gain control over the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. After Madara and his brother only three person could do the same thing, they are Itachi Uchiha, Kakashi Hatake, and Sasuke Uchiha.Sasuke Uchiha's Mangekyou SharinganSasuke initially caught a glimpse of this version of Itachi's Mangekyou which differed from his later version.Itachi Uchiha's Mangekyou SharinganItachi was able to finally master this form during the period he killed his clan. Itachi get this Mangekyou Sharingan after killed his closest friend. In this form Itachi is able to use the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi Doujutsu techniques.Kakashi Hatake's Mangekyou SharinganEven Kakashi isn't from Uchiha clan, Whether this form is due to Kakashi or some inheritance from what Uchiha Obito was capable of is unknown. Using the eye, Kakashi can use a technique which appears to collapse space in around a focus point and transport it to another location.Madara Uchiha's Mangekyou SharinganAfter developing the Sharingan, Madara and his younger brother trained against one another and eventually awakened their own version of the Mangekyou. The use of these eyes increased the brothers' strength and allowed them to take over leadership of the clan.
